Actions
Based on observable user behaviors, task completion rates, and navigation efficiency
Feedback
Derived from participant feedback, comments, and verbal responses during sessions
Reactions & Expressions
Analyzed from facial expressions, body language, and emotional responses
Detailed Score breakdown
Actions
(60% weightage)
A comprehensive analysis of user navigation patterns that examines the efficiency and effectiveness of path selection during task completion. This score evaluates how closely users follow optimal paths versus actual routes taken, considering both qualitative and quantitative metrics:
Qualitative Metrics
Decision-making confidence
Navigation hesitation patterns
Interface exploration behavior
Menu interaction patterns
Search strategy effectiveness
Signs of confusion or uncertainty
Task completion approach
Quantitative Metrics
Path deviation ratio
Navigation time metrics
Backtracking frequency
Task completion efficiency
Error rate and recovery
Time spent per task

Feedback
(30% weightage)
A comprehensive analysis of user's verbal feedback during usability testing sessions. This score (1-10) reflects the overall usability as experienced by the participant, where 1 indicates very poor usability and 10 signifies excellent usability. The assessment considers:
Explicit numerical ratings (when provided)
Direct statements about ease or difficulty
Emotional reactions and responses
Comparative statements
Expressions of confusion or clarity
Unprompted comments and observations
Suggestions for improvement
Overall satisfaction level
A score of 6 represents moderate usability, with higher scores indicating better user experience and lower scores suggesting areas for improvement.

Reactions &Expressions
(10% weightage)
A comprehensive analysis of user's nonverbal cues and behavioral indicators during the testing session. This assessment carefully monitors various physical and emotional responses to gauge user experience and cognitive load:
Physical Indicators
Facial expressions
Body posture
Hand movements
Eye movement patterns
Physical signs of stress
Behavioral Indicators
Task engagement level
Focus and attention
Signs of frustration
Confidence in actions
Response to challenges
Stressful experience

Final Score calculation
(Weighted Average Calculation)
The final usability score is calculated using a weighted average of the three main components. Each component's score is multiplied by its respective weight and then summed to produce the final score:
Formula:
Sum of (Component Scores × Respective Weight)
= (Actions × 0.6) + (Feedback × 0.3) + (Reactions × 0.1)
Example Calculation:
Actions Score: 7/10 × 0.6 = 4.2
Feedback Score: 8/10 × 0.3 = 2.4
Reactions Score: 6/10 × 0.1 = 0.6
Final Score = 4.2 + 2.4 + 0.6 = 7.2 ≈ 7/10
60%=0.6
30%=0.3
10%=0.1
